The Life and Adventures Of Santa Claus aired on the CBS Network in 1985. It was based on the book by Frank L. Baum (Wizard Of Oz). It still appears on ABC Family at Christmastime and was once available on video from Warner Home Video. Perhaps in the future WB will put it out on DVD and pair it up with some of the other specials they own.
